Here's how our return and replacement policy works: If the product you receive is damaged or the wrong item was delivered due to our mistake, you can choose to either return it or replace it—it’s completely up to you. For issues like size mismatches or other concerns, we offer replacements only. To avoid this, please check the size chart carefully before placing your order. Special products, including custom designs, festival collections, and limited-edition items, are not eligible for returns. However, if there’s an issue caused by us (e.g., wrong item or damage), we’ll provide a replacement with the same item.
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at officialbeaesthetic@gmail.com If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as Festival collections, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), exclusive items, and preordered items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. If you wish to exchange a product due to a wrong size or color selected by you, there will be an additional reverse pickup charge of ₹90.
